View maintenance orders in Client (Maintenance Orders tab)
In Client, the Maintenance Orders tab displays maintenance orders including relevant information such as start and finish times and order number. Search and filtering tools are also available for the grid columns.
Maintenance orders to be applied to all sites can be created manually in XECUTE Config > System Configuration > Maintenance orders.
Site specific maintenance orders are imported from EPF (if configured) in XECUTE Config > Site Management > [Sitename] > Data Feed In > Maintenance Orders.
Maintenance orders will display in the Gantt chart as maintenance tasks.
In order for maintenance orders to display they will be validated against the following criteria;
- For a task to be seen, the resource name must match resources currently in the schedule.
- Finish date time MUST be after Start date time.
- Start date time must be earlier than the end of current schedule window (start of schedule plus schedule length).
- Finish date time must be later than the start of the current schedule.
